Everything you need to know before getting started
Audits: 2 full weeks. You receive a detailed analysis, recommendations and a technical roadmap.
Implementations: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. Basic RAG: 4 weeks. Architectures with agents: 6–8 weeks.
Fractional CTO: Minimum commitment of 2 months, renewable monthly. Most clients continue for 6–12 months.
I work 100% remotely from Madrid with clients across Spain and internationally. Meetings are via Google Meet, daily communication by Slack or email.
If your project requires it, I can attend in-person meetings in Madrid or make occasional travel (expenses separate).
Experience shows that remote work is more efficient: less time commuting, more time creating value.

Audits: If you’re not satisfied with the analysis, we resolve it in the next 30 days at no extra cost. Simple.
Implementations: 30 days of post-deployment support included. If anything breaks because of my code, I fix it at no cost.
Fractional CTO: Minimum 2-month contract, no lock-in after the initial 2 months. Renewable monthly. Operational satisfaction guaranteed: if you’re not reasonably satisfied in the first month, we adjust approach or refund unused hours proportionally.
