I oversee system architecture, review critical pull requests and design decisions, validate scalability before issues arise, optimize cloud costs without sacrificing quality, and establish best practices and coding standards.
Team Management & Hiring
Technical candidate screening and interviews, onboarding new developers with a 30-60-90 day plan, 1:1s with tech leads and seniors, resolving technical conflicts, and defining processes (sprints, code reviews, deploys).
Innovation & POCs
I explore emerging technologies (generative AI, edge computing, real-time features) and evaluate how they fit your product. Rapid POCs (1–2 weeks) to validate technical hypotheses before committing to the roadmap. I keep you up to date on what matters in technology.
